When will my order be processed?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in United States/United Kingdom/China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 1-3 weeks for delivery in the United States, and 2-4 weeks for international orders (depending on location).

How can I track my order?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
